It was just me, stuck off by myself for the 2007 event. They didn't understand what I was so they put me over next to the new Toyotas and the bicycles. Between that, the overall poor attendance of the event (and the crappy goodie bags), I doubt I'll be returning any time soon. At least the weather was nice. I go to car events to hang with the other owners and inform the public. I didn't get to do much of either at this show. My friends in the UBSCC had a great showing, and Lamar was there with his Yellow Pantera. But there were a lot of empty spaces on the field and they could have had the whole show on 1 lawn. I was up at the front lawn and most people passed it by. If any of you know the organizers of the show tell them how disappointed I was with it. I will gladly support the Shriners for some very personal reasons, but I'd rather just mail them a check and skip this one... Too bad.
